-FAQs-

What’s the accommodation situation?

We have rented the entire estate, which includes the mansion and three cottages, to ensure everyone invited can stay comfortably onsite. If you would like to stay at the estate for the three nights, please confirm your preference with us as soon as possible by answering to the RSVP form.

We invite those choosing to stay on the estate to make a donation of £100 per person for the three nights to help cover accommodation costs. This is entirely optional, and your presence is what matters most to us.

More details about where to send the donations for the accommodation will be shared closer to the date, once your booking and the room allocation are confirmed.

Alternatively, if you prefer to book your own accommodation nearby, please let us know. We’ll be happy to assist in finding a great place for your stay.

How much will the weekend cost?

The most important thing is that you are able to come and join us. We have covered the costs for the venue, celebrations, food, and drinks throughout the weekend. If, however, you wish to contribute, we would appreciate a donation towards the accommodation costs. Your presence is the greatest gift, and any contributions are entirely optional.

What Should I Wear?

The dress code is smart-casual for the weekend, and for the wedding day, we suggest formal attire. Feel free to dress comfortably during the other events, especially as we’ll be spending time outdoors!

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is plenty of parking available on-site at Tall Trees for the entire weekend.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just bring yourselves! If you’re staying for the weekend, we suggest packing comfy clothes and anything you’d like for relaxing by the pool or enjoying the grounds. On Sunday, we’re planning an optional countryside walk, so appropriate footwear (and maybe a raincoat!) would be advisable—it’s England, after all!

What time should I arrive?

We’d love for you to join us starting on Friday, 20th June 2025, from 6pm to kick off the weekend! If you can’t make it on Friday evening, the most important thing is that you are at the premises by 1:30pm on Saturday, 21st June 2025, ready to start the celebrations at 2:00pm. Specific timings for the wedding day and other activities will be shared with you closer to the date.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary requirements, and we’ll make sure there are options available for you throughout the weekend.

What about wedding gifts?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could hope for. We ask for nothing more. However, should you wish to honour us with a gift, we would be deeply appreciative. Details to follow soon

Can I bring pets to the venue?

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted by the venue owners.  We kindly ask you to arrange care for your pets during your stay with us. Thank you for your understanding.

HOW WILL ROOMS BE ALLOCATED?

Although the estate can comfortably host everyone, there may be a need to group people in rooms, as there isn’t a separate room available for every individual or couple. We kindly ask you to consider whether you feel comfortable with this arrangement when deciding to stay on the estate premises. Rest assured, we will do our best to accommodate everyone’s preferences and needs. If you have specific concerns, please don’t hesitate to speak with us so we can find the best solution for you.
